{"id":208,"date":"2022-12-10T09:05:25","date_gmt":"2022-12-10T09:05:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bridge232.qodeinteractive.com\/?p=208"},"modified":"2023-03-09T18:12:31","modified_gmt":"2023-03-09T18:12:31","slug":"easy-photo-tricks-for-better-instagram-traffic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paperbirdparent.com\/?p=208","title":{"rendered":"3 Things I want to share with other moms or moms to be"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol data-pm-slice=\"3 4 []\" data-en-clipboard=\"true\">\n<li>\n<div>Never forget the things that made you you.\u00a0 Do whatever you can to keep a piece of the before you after you become a mom.\u00a0 Yes you will change in massive ways and yes your priorities will change but never forgetting what brings you joy outside of being a mother is important.\u00a0 It helps remind you, that you are more than just a mother.\u00a0 Leave a sticky note on your mirror, keep it in the back of your head, make a vision board, whatever it takes to remind you to keep doing those things.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">For me it was going on adventures.\u00a0 Travel, hike, camp, check out new things.\u00a0 That could be big or small but it was important to me to learn how to incorporate my daughter into doing the things that bring me joy<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<div>The second thing is to make sure you fill your cup.\u00a0 Make sure you reenergize or find time to also priortize yourself.\u00a0 Because a happy mom and a energized mom is the best version you can give your family or kids. I knew early on that I needed to find whatever way I could to keep my cup full to spill over onto my daughter and keep the whole vibe and energy at home happy and peaceful.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Lastly spend some time healing your mind, your expectations, your past traumas.\u00a0 The more you can free your mind and soul form that kind of stuff the easier it will be to be a confident happy, safe space where you can demonstrate for you kids what healthy looks like.
